Hello, this is Aki Takagi from AssisT English Room.
Our Intensive Pronunciation Course is best targeted at intermediate learners and above. However, beginners can also benefit from this course due to some basic pronunciation tips which will be covered during the course.
This program is based on the concept of "listening and repeating." In this training program, you will learn how to form the sounds of American English while you listen carefully and repeat correctly.
Our focus includes; how to pronounce "L and R," some difficult vowel sounds for Japanese people, the "schwa" sound, how to stress words in a sentence, common problems in pronouncing numbers, intonation in question sentences, American flap, tense versus lax; syllabic consonants; and word stress shift.
The textbook is written in a way in which you can visualize the intonation and stress of words to the greatest extent possible. On top of that, the instructor will guide you in order to reach the correct pronunciation during the lesson. Using this method will help you remember pronunciation even after you have completed the course. The textbook is yours to keep so you can continue to practice at home whenever you want!
Remember, “There is no easy road to learning.” While your full participation and practice are required to succeed, you can do it! Its easy! Just listen carefully and repeat correctly!

発音集中トレーニングは中上級レベルの方向けです。しかし、基本的な内容も網羅していますので、初級の方にも効果のあるクラスとなっております。
このクラスは、「聞いて繰り返す」という概念の下に出来ています。このトレーニングプログラムを通して、注意深く聞きそして正確に繰り返す、ということを繰り返しながらアメリカ英語の発音を学びます。
特に集中的に学ぶ内容としては、LとR、日本人にとって難しい母音、「シュワ」音、文中で強弱の付け方、疑問文のイントネーション、アメリカンフラップ、緊張と弛緩、syllabic 子音、単語のアクセントの位置の変化、などです。
テキストはイントネーションや強弱が出来る限り視覚化できるようにつくられています。加えて、講師が授業中に正しい発音になるまで指導致します。こうすることで、授業を終了した後でも正しい発音を記憶することができます。
